Very spacious single room, perfect for 1. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has very high ceilings and lots of light. The location is very central, close to two stations, only 10 minutes from the city center and has all the amenities in the area and 20 minutes from the Airport.

The space
I live alone in a three-bedroom apartment where I rent out two rooms on Airbnb. The house is very airy and light, and all the rooms have large windows. I try to keep everything very clean and organized so that there's a good flow of energy and great coexistence.

Guest access
My guests can use all the rooms in the house, as well as all the household electrical appliances and other things, such as cooking, using the fridge, cupboards for storing clean food after use. So I'll have to make sure they really feel at home. "MI CASA SU CASA"

During your stay
I'll always be present at check-ins because I like to have interaction, get to know my guests a bit more and give them some indication of the city.
